implements org.apache.axis.encoding.Serializer

An Axis serializer for Serializable objects. The serialized bytes are Base-64 encoded for transport via SOAP.

This class works only under Axis v1.1.

Parameters:

name - is the element name

attributes - are the attributes...serializer is free to add more.

value - is the value

context - is the SerializationContext

IOException - Signals that an I/O exception has occurred.
