保证全局有序： 可以采用disruptor的ringbuff的环状缓冲池。业务注册的监听器做为生产者而消费者可以是多线程，注意它也不能保证完全的全局有序，它是分批拿给消费者的，比如有10个消费者，那么它10个一批拿给消费者，只有等10个消费者全部处理完了，再拿10给消费者，第二批可以比第一批晚招待，但是同一批的10条记录并不能保证先后顺序。
