User attribute defines a user specific attribute that the portlet application needs. The portlet within this application can access this attribute via the request parameter USER_INFO map. Used in: portlet-app

getDescription

public List<DescriptionType> getDescription()
Gets the value of the description property.

This accessor method returns a reference to the live list, not a snapshot. Therefore any modification you make to the returned list will be present inside the JAXB object. This is why there is not a set method for the description property.

For example, to add a new item, do as follows:

    getDescription().add(newItem);
