Creates a BranchResponse object with response data and status code

Parameters:

responseData - The data returned by branch server. Nullable in case of errors.(Note :please see BranchRemoteInterface.BranchRemoteException for a better handling of errors)

responseCode - Standard Http Response code (rfc2616 http error codes)
