Causes lombok to generate a logger field.

Example:

 @CommonsLog
 public class LogExample {
 }
 

will generate:

 public class LogExample {
     private static final org.apache.commons.logging.Log log = org.apache.commons.logging.LogFactory.getLog(LogExample.class);
 }
 

This annotation is valid for classes and enumerations.
