This class defines the relevant annotation properties as given on the
BioPortal mailing list from Michael Dorf: We first determine
whether the prefLabelProperty, synonymProperty, definitionProperty are set
and use them.
This class is only used for (de-)serialization to and from JSON with the classes OntologyClassMapping and -
as long as necessary - OntologyClassMappingAutomaticProcess.
The error "[Fatal Error] :1:1: Content is not allowed in prolog." for OBO
ontologies is just a STDERR leak before the next parser is tried by the OWL
API.
