Ifd	Class extending CardTerminal.
IfdCollection	Class providing an implementation of CardTerminals.
IfdFactory	Class providing an implementation of TerminalFactorySpi.
PcscException	Class providing a more specific exception in case something is wrong.
ScardContext	Context used by most SCard functions.
ScardContextByReference	PSCARDCONTEXT used for SCardEstablishContext.
