fun build(init: LanguageFrontend.() -> TranslationUnitDeclaration): TranslationUnitDeclaration

Similar to parse, this function returns a TranslationUnitDeclaration, but rather than parsing source code, the function init is used to build nodes in the Node Fluent DSL.
