Parameters:

type - the type of the renderer.

Constructs a new renderer. To specify the type of renderer, use one of the constants: SHAPES, LINES, SHAPES_AND_LINES, AREA or AREA_AND_SHAPES.

urlGenerator - the URL generator (null permitted).
