NumberTick

Creates a new tick.

Parameters:

number - the number (null not permitted).

label - the label.

textAnchor - the part of the label that is aligned with the anchor point.

rotationAnchor - defines the rotation point relative to the text.

angle - the rotation angle (in radians).
