This is a workaround handler that shall handle invalid scim patch requests that are built by ms-azure. This handler will be used if for resource extensions where ms-azure references the attributes as follows:

   "Operations": [
         {
             "op": "replace",
             "value": {
                 ...
                 "urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:enterprise:2.0:User:employeeNumber": "1111"
             }
         }
     ]
